Personal information collected by ORA CONSULTANTS may be disclosed to other persons or organizations with your consent. Additionally, in situations permitted by law, ORA CONSULTANTS may be required to disclose your personal information without your consent.

ORA CONSULTANTS uses Google Analytics to collect information about your browsing, such as pages viewed, page interactions, duration of your visit, operating system, etc. This information is used for statistical purposes to improve your experience. We cannot associate these data with an individual.

  • Operating system (e.g., Mac OS, Windows);

  • IP address;

  • Device type and model (e.g., iPhone 11);

  • Device screen resolution;

ORA CONSULTANTS’s website offers hyperlinks to governmental, public, or private sites in Quebec or elsewhere. Information exchanged on these sites is subject to the external site's privacy policy, not ORA CONSULTANTS’s. ORA CONSULTANTS does not guarantee the quality or overall content of these sites nor does it verify their security or privacy practices. Links provided for your convenience do not engage ORA CONSULTANTS's responsibility.

7 - Location and Retention of Personal Information

​

Personal information collected by ORA CONSULTANTS is stored in Canada, except information from forms on our website and registrations for events managed through the Cvent platform.

​

ORA CONSULTANTS uses the online form generator Formsite. Formsite servers are hosted in data centers located in the United States. Once processed by ORA CONSULTANTS, personal information collected through Formsite is destroyed.

​

ORA CONSULTANTS uses the Zoho application to manage events. Personal information collected by Zoho is hosted in Canada and will be destroyed once it is no longer needed by ORA CONSULTANTS.

​

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes identified or as required by law. Once no longer needed, data is securely destroyed or anonymized.

​

Where personal information is transferred outside of Quebec or Canada (e.g., to the United States for Formsite services), ORA CONSULTANTS ensures that such transfers are subject to adequate safeguards.

8 - Security of Your Data

​

All personal and confidential information collected is stored in a secure environment. ORA CONSULTANTS implements security measures and access controls based on the protection level required for the information handled. Only authorized personnel can access this information to the extent required for their duties.

External service providers to ORA CONSULTANTS may also have access. ORA CONSULTANTS ensures these providers apply the same standards for personal data protection.

​

ORA CONSULTANTS will notify you in case of incidents affecting your personal information and presenting a risk of significant harm.

9 - Your rights

ORA CONSULTANTS commits to respecting your rights regarding consent, use, and retention of your personal information. In certain cases, we may need to retain personal information to comply with legal obligations.
